I saw the sun shining through the blossom this morning. It fired my imagination in ways that hopefully will become clearer over the next few weeks. Meanwhile, I had college stuff to do so here's some of it.As you may know, I enjoy a bit of "free sewing" from time to time. It reflects how my head feels sometimes and today was no exception. I acquired a lovely length of bandage that I free sewed into. As I did so, it pulled slightly which gave me another idea for my work.
This is what happens when you pull free sewing into a ruffled "thing". I'm not entirely sure what I'm going to do with it but I'm really excited by it.I'll probably post more as it develops - lucky you!

Thank you! I'm really excited. I'm going to be studying in Bucks so I get to stay where I am, still see my friends and work. I'm really excited. I can't wait to learn lots of new things.

I'm loving the bandage ruffle
I say try winding it up into a flower type thing - I'm thinking of Dhalias and Hydrangas, but white ones obviously!
